Project Overview

The Eastland Sage project located at Victoria’s Eastland Shopping Centre consisted of a new 120 room hotel constructed over the south-eastern corner of the $665M redevelopment of Eastland.  The hotel comprises of guest accomodation, gym facilities, a restaurant, bar & lounge, and business conference facilities.

Key technical challenges

• Construction of new hotel over an existing carpark and whilst maintaining active retail operations in the centre
